Saying No Gets Easier

Train yourself and your clients
- Respect a client that asks for more. They are only looking out for their company or their project. Don't get mad at the request. Your emotion won't help the situation.
- The first time you have to say "NO" it is going to be hard. Accept the hard task. Embrace the suck.
- Saying "NO" the second time (especially to the same client) is easier. You have the experience. And your client now knows that you have limits. They might not stop asking for more for free, but they will definitely get used to not getting their way.
